WXZ Construction was established by the principals of WXZ Development in 2006 to act as General Contractor on all WXZ projects and respond to our tenants’ growing needs for support. WXZ Construction builds on the firm’s status as a preferred developer, expanding on its in-house capabilities to efficiently and cost effectively complete new development projects.

The company’s key personnel represent over 100 years of collective construction industry experience and have successfully completed over $2 billion worth of projects in diverse product types such as retail, office, public facilities, multi-family, single family, urban infill and senior housing. WXZ Construction has successfully completed over 80 projects since its inception.

In 2007 WXZ Construction began to apply its expertise in general construction and project management to developers and retailers in need of a highly skilled contractor partner with a large team of qualified personnel.
