Rite Aid Drug Stores

In 1995 WXZ became a preferred developer for Rite Aid throughout Northern Ohio. We have developed over 40 free-standing 11,000 s.f. drug stores over the ensuing five years. In working closely with Rite Aid, WXZ has overcome many assemblages, environmental and governmental approval issues to successfully open stores in prime markets for our tenants. This expansion program began again after a three year hiatus and includes a new 14,500 s.f. prototype. We have developed and opened over 30 freestanding stores under the new program.
