We will be developing our new senior housing community in the growing market of Naples, Florida. It fits well with our senior housing business development strategy of only developing where the market need is identifiably strong; where we will be able to offer a community that will be creative, fresh and new. Naples is such a market. The Naples Senior Housing Community will include an 80 unit Assisted Living Facility, 40 senior rental cottages with services and up to 82 villa homes where prices will start in the low 200’s. Our planning process is well underway and we anticipate a late 2010 groundbreaking. Look for more information on this exciting project in the coming months.
