WXZ Development has identified Western North Carolina region, specifically Henderson County, as one of the target areas for further expansion of our Senior Housing development goals. Laurel Park, NC has been nationally recognized as an especially attractive community for seniors in the region and our first community will be located there. It is currently well into the planning and engineering stages and a spring of 2011 groundbreaking is planned. Glen Laurel will be a senior housing focused community with a contemporary Arts and Crafts architectural flavor in a beautiful mountain setting.
