Bank Branch Development

WXZ has served as the development partner in the ground-up construction of a National City Bank in Coldwater, Michigan, a Chase Bank branch in Streetsboro, Ohio, and is currently working with Key Bank on multiple locations. WXZ is serving as the development partner for the City of Lyndhurst, Ohio, helping the municipality overcome an environmentally challenged site to develop and construct a new Key Bank branch location in 2010.
